Job summary
This position involves implementing employee relations frameworks building guidelines standard operating procedures supporting HR compliance policies matters including drafting implementing in legally compliant manner conducting thorough independent employment investigations refining investigations process to streamline bring in efficiencies training HRGs managers on employee relations topics creating maintaining ER data base case management systems assessing ER risks trends analysis supporting building action plans mitigate legal compliance risk where necessary.
