We are looking for a talented and experienced designer with exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and solid design instincts who can translate business needs into fantastic customer-focused solutions. YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER:

• Involves crafting design solutions, such as (wireframes and UI mockups) aimed at addressing user needs while aligning with business objectives.
• Utilizing diverse research methods, you gather evidence to inform your design decisions, ensuring they are well-founded and effective.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including designers, researchers, writers, and product managers, you integrate their insights throughout the design process, enriching the outcomes.
• By interpreting data and research findings, you translate them into actionable design solutions, employing various communication strategies to engage stakeholders and garner their support.
• Additionally, you play a key role in maintaining design consistency and standardization across all team products, contributing to the enhancement of our design system.
• From inception to implementation and evaluation, you oversee the entire design process, facilitating continuous learning and improvement within the team for future iterations.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Candidates should hold a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• They should possess over 6 years of experience in roles such as UX/Product designer, Interaction designer, Information architect, or similar.
• A strong command of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design processes, coupled with extensive knowledge of UX principles and techniques, is essential.
• Experience in designing applications with multiple user touchpoints is required.
• Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing a wide range of UX and visual design work, including their approach and process.
• Proficiency in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Invision, or equivalent is expected.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes uncertain environment, demonstrating efficiency and proactivity, is crucial.
• Candidates should be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams across different locations.
• They must possess the skill to articulate and justify their design ideas and decisions effectively.
• Prioritization and efficient management of work to meet critical project timelines in a dynamic environment are necessary skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to provide compelling rationales for design choices, are essential.
