Role Description
The DOSM will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing for Zenith Hotels & Resorts. Day-to-day tasks may include managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the sales process.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years and above in 5-star hotel management working experiences.
3. A strong base of sales and customers network in this industry.
4.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns.
5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
