- Setup & maintain incident reporting process across all functions (prioritizing areas with legal risks, eg: labor raids, vehicle summons, accidents, fires, drug uses & etc.)
- Subsequently extend to also include operational incidents (eg. ASM breakdown, theft cases, flooding & etc.)
- Track & monitor progress of incident resolution
- Coordinate with relevant functions and stakeholders to ensure closure and resolution of incidents
- Identify areas of high risk and assist in developing proper SOP in mitigating risk issues
- Bachelor's Degree and above
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in risk management / compliance / audit / big 4 advisory
- Great communication skills and be able to work with different stakeholders
- Strong analytical / problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
