Reporting to Southeast Asia Area Manager
Key Accountabilities: - Oversees cafe operations, managing staff, monitoring inventory
- Overseeing scheduling of staff members
- Taking inventory of cafe supplies
- identify strategies to retain and attract customers
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followedskills & experience required
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 2-3 years of Cafe experience in retail f&b
- Proven leadership skills to lead and inspire the team
- Required to have food handler's license
- Comfortable with flexible work schedule
- Strategic thinker with data driven and analytical approach skills no additional skills required
