- Support PCM/Inline CPK, DD and quality improvement within the scope of technology ownership
- Ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard (Lot assessment/FMEA)
- New product releases, production ramp and technology transfers
- Owner of technology process routes
- New Epitaxy tool release process in PMX WBG area and do data analysis/ compilation
- Process route creation/release and maintenance
- Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance (ruggedness and performance)
- Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line incase of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift
- Support new product releases and production tool releases
- Support technology transfer projects You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry
- Minimum 1-2 Year of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred
- Fresh PhD candidate is accepted for GG10 entry level
- Knowledge of basic PI/PTE analysis tools
- Knowledge of semiconductors physics
- 8D and other problem solving skills
- Advanced statistical analysis skills
