- To identify potential business opportunities through empanel under-constructions project(s).
- Initiate meeting with Developer(s) or upon invitation by Developer(s) to discuss on potential End Finance Facility requirements for a particular project.
- Initiate Developer Review meetings for account planning or joint campaigns.
- To conduct annual review on Developer's Tiering with PF-CED.
- To maintain good business relationship with panel developers and attend to developer's request.
- To work with sales distribution channels to assist them to tie up projects, resolve issue related to Letter of Undertakings, project loan drawdown matters as well as enhancing business relationship with developers.
- To work closely with Credit Evaluation Department to get project approval, to propose increase EF limit or submit Appeal, such as rectifications or update on project info etc when necessary.
- To assist mortgage centers to conduct site visit or enquiries on matters related to project end-finance by Bank upon request.
- Ensure all end financing process and activities adhere to all regulatory policies and guideline.
- Represent Hong Leong Bank in the primary property market through:-
