    Description
    Job ScopePick up phone calls (e.g. Customer/Salesman phone orders, customer inquiry etc.)Maintain filing system, record & data entry as set by managementAssist with administrative workPreparing Delivery orders, Invoices, and related documentation.
    Liaise with Sales personnel for order and customer feedback.
    Responding to customer inquiries and providing quotations.
    Assist in the coordination of delivery.
    Taking and handling customers order.
    Assist with any ad hoc task instructed by the company/management.

    Ensuring accurate and efficient packaging of parcelsRequirement :

    • Candidate must possess at least SPM / "O" Level, Diploma or any field.
    Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Words, and Google WorkspaceProficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
    Preferable candidate with working experience in Admin or clerical tasks. However, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
    Mature with pleasant personality, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work independently.
    Able to start work immediately.
