DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and prepare maintenance programs and scope of work
Manage all levels of staff involved in the duration and scope of their work.
Continuously monitor, supervise, evaluate maintenance work and give a view or suggestion as an improvement effort.
Prepare and control the budget according to contract requirements and agreed terms.
Stay in touch to ensure that the maintenance level of maintenance work is in accordance with the requirements and conditions
Attend meetings and meetings on maintenance work organized
Collaborate and assist the provision and execution of special events arranged by directly or indirectly.
Ensure that all staff of the company, resident quarters and users of the Public Utilities comply with the rules and safety measures that have been established when doing any activity in any area
Adhere to the company's safety and health regulations and is responsible for ensuring that work areas are protected from unsafe situations and unsafe activities.
Forward daily, monthly and yearly reports in the form of reports and photographs as agreed in the Contract.
Deliver a complete settlement pay claim on every 10th of the following month
Solve complaints received according to the KPI set
Establish a good relationship with the people / the public
Ensure daily area operation and maintenance run smoothly with minimum complaints.
Hold meetings with Subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the operation, maintenance and maintenance of the area are in good working order.
Ensure that all instructions and tasks assigned to the subordinates are properly and correctly implemented.
Prepare and send quotes for works not included in the quantity (BQ) and provisional sum items.
Attend management and technical courses organized to improve the quality of work, skills and knowledge.

Requirement

Degree in Civil Engineering /Mechanical /Electrical / Facilities Management from any University or equivalent and having work experience in the field of Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Facilities Management no less than
3 years or

Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical /Facilities Management from any University or equivalent and having experience in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical /Facilities Management not less than
5 years:

have their own transport given priority

able to work under pressure and 24 hours on call

- fluence in Malay and English Language

Salary:

RM5, RM6,500.00 per month
