    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Manage full set of accounts, including preparation of financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliation.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    • Prepare and submit timely financial reports and statements.
    • Liaise with auditors during audit engagements and provide necessary documentation.
    • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
    • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
    • Provide support for tax filings and compliance.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full set accounting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
    • Familiarity with SQL system preferred.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese (reading and typing).
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
    • Experience liaising with auditors.
    • Knowledge of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
