- Manage full set of accounts, including preparation of financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports and statements.
- Liaise with auditors during audit engagements and provide necessary documentation.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Provide support for tax filings and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full set accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Familiarity with SQL system preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese (reading and typing).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Experience liaising with auditors.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
