- Manage petty cash, handle vendor relations, and contribute to financial processes.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and field trips, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to budget guidelines.
- Organize and support virtual and physical meetings, providing technical and logistical support.
- Contribute to organizational development efforts by assisting with HR functions, updating policies, and reporting on administrative performance.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to social justice and women's rights as evidenced by past experiences or volunteer work.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Has at least 1 year of Event Management experience.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of diverse tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has basic knowledge of logistics and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
