    • A highly organized and resourceful individual with experience managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

    What You'll Do:

    • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and furniture, ensuring smooth operations and timely maintenance.
    • Provide comprehensive office and building maintenance support, addressing issues and coordinating with service providers.
    • Manage petty cash, handle vendor relations, and contribute to financial processes.
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and field trips, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to budget guidelines.
    • Organize and support virtual and physical meetings, providing technical and logistical support.
    • Contribute to organizational development efforts by assisting with HR functions, updating policies, and reporting on administrative performance.

    We are seeking someone who:

    • Demonstrates a strong commitment to social justice and women's rights as evidenced by past experiences or volunteer work.
    • Has at least 5 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a non-profit organization.
    • Has at least 1 year of Event Management experience.
    • Thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of diverse tasks.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has basic knowledge of logistics and procurement processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
