    Description

    This role is a client management position which will also involve training across other areas within digital media such as programmatic, search, social and analytics. The projects will therefore be more general in nature and will provide you opportunity to diversify your knowledge and experience.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • The key responsibilities of this role are account management, and search implementation.
    • Account Management
    • Managing client relationships and providing ongoing account management.
    • Understanding clients' marketing technology, and providing support and expertise to help them maximise their use.
    • Provide technical and strategic support to clients to help them get the best results from their advertising activity.
    • Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.
    • Develop initiatives and tactics designed to drive incremental spend within the client patch and the wider team.
    • Search implementation
    • Own the development, implementation, optimisation and reporting of paid search campaigns across Google, Apple, Bing, Amazon Advertising & SA360.
    • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget whilst achieving the brand's KPI's.
    • Manage large budgets, maximizing spend at every opportunity.
    • Review analytics to identify areas of opportunity to maximize performance.
    • Develop, validate and test landing page experience.
    • Keep your finger on the pulse to identify opportunities within paid search.
    • Manage execution and performance of Search campaigns through the full account management life cycle. You will be the key player in kick-off meetings, client relationship management, ad-serving, tech stack implementation, campaign optimisation, and quarterly business planning.

    What you bring to it:

    • Successful candidates will have 2-3 years experience in paid search advertising experience, whether at an agency, end brand, or other search technology platform.
    • Thorough understanding of search management platforms such as Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin, or proprietary solutions.
    • Client-facing and client-management experience.
    • Strong data analysis abilities (Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions).
    • Direct hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and (preferably) Amazon Advertising.
    • Preferred skills in a number of the following: Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, TTD, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
    • Planning experience preferred but not required.
    • Excellent consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships.
    • Innovative thinker who brings ideas and strategies to life.
    • Flexible, versatile and driven to obtain new skills and scale knowledge to take on uncharted territory.
