JOB SUMMARY

Manage, monitor and follow up on accounts receivables and payable
Prepare audit schedule and assist in external audit
Keep track of fixed assets
Verify and check on daily collection summary, credit card & ewallet reconciliation
Update daily cash flow & prepare cash flow forecast
Prepare working schedule for project & maintenance work
Verifying inventory count
Wildlife, F & B, Retail and others
Handle bank reconciliation
Help up in GST compilation & implementation
Prepare any adhoc report/assignment as and when required
Assist the performance of the Finance Department
To perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum LCCI/ACCA/CIMA or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.
Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
Possesses sound decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.
Possess good interpersonal skills while interacting with guests, patrons and employees.
Able to work under a mínimal supervision and able to produce maximum productivity
Must be able to work in shifts whenever required on Weekends and Public Holidays period to cater for the business needs
