Roles & Responsibilities

Able to manage and guide the team for developing the software based on defined technical specifications and business requirement definitions and user stories provided in the sprints. Need to ensure the team develops applications/software components aligned to the standards and guidelines., Able to work under pressure to deliver results on schedule and tight timeline, Able to adapt in a diverse working environment., Manage the end to delivery of the projects using Agile methodologies., Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster., Collaborate with stakeholders to make strategic design, new features and functionality

Expertise & Qualification

Certification Degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields, Degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields, Experience In a Bank or any financial institution, Experience In software development, Knowledge in CICS, VSAM, JCL and IMS database
