    As the Marketing Manager Expert , Southeast Asia + Taiwan - Sensodyne, Panadol, and Centrum, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Expert marketing strategies, content creation, budget recommendations and overall guidance to our local markets on how to maximize the recommendation of our brands by Healthcare Professionals and Influencers.

    Strong product science is at the core of our brands in Haleon and your role will be to understand the product science, along with consumer insight, and bring it to life both internally and externally so more people improve their everyday health with our brands.

    Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for co-creating and deploying the Area Expert Marketing Strategy aligned with global expert program. Key role in influencing local market stakeholders to invest behind Expert marketing and to execute the program flawlessly.
  • Partners with the Area & Local Brand and Expert teams to create the expert brand plan for key markets and brands. Includes clear strategy on job to be done, content toolkit, expert engagement plan and investment guidance.
  • Manages the content plan for key brands – create a region relevant communication plan and drive adaptation from global where necessary. Accountable for own production budget.
  • Champions Expert insight, rooted in Science, Patient and HCP understanding, and leads the learning plan to fill in any insight gaps.
  • Engages and energizes internal and external stakeholders on the expert plans. Builds powerful relationships with Local Expert Managers and Brand teams. Builds and leverages relationships with the Category teams both in Area and Global.
  • Leverage various data points and analytics to execute the digital transformation expert programs and guide teams on Expert Field Force Effectiveness. Focus on analytics to continue to optimize ROI.
  • Works in collaboration with Area Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Corporate Affair teams to build a coherent and compelling program geared towards HCP and External Engagement.
  • Identify and share best practices across the Local and Global expert teams to drive learning and reapplication per respective brands.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Postgraduate is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years Level of Job-Related Marketing / Sales Experience Required including managerial experience, ideally in Healthcare-OTC/ Pharma/Wellness-FMCG
  • Proficiency in Field Force detailing strategy and understanding of its capability, and execution (i.e: SFE KPI tracking)
  • Experience in field force optimization (eg: segmentation, targeting, efficient organization sizing) is ideal but not required.
  • Comfortable to work in multicultural environment
