    Description

    HR & ADMIN Manager

    Working Hour: Mon – Sat 7.30am – 5.30pm (Break: 11.30am – 1.30pm)

    Salary: RM5500 – RM6000

    Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration and any related fields.

    Reports to: General Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
    2. Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR / Payroll & Administration.
    3. Handle company's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
    4. Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
    5. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
    6. Handle full set of payroll processing
    7. Provide and prepare compensation information for auditors.
    8. Handle queries from and prepare surveys from statutory boards.
    9. Liaise with local authorities for compliance or regulation issues (DOSH, JTK, MITI, MIDA, Immigration, JKKP, KPDN).
    10. Other specific duties as assigned

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management or its equivalent
    2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources & admin fields managerial.
    3. Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR / Payroll & Administration.
    4. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
    5. Handle full set of payroll processing
    6. Related working experience in audit, finance, corporate reporting will be added advantage.
    7. Team player who is dynamic and with mature personality, independent and able to multitask work independently under high pressure and meet tight deadline.
    8. Ability to speak fluently in Mandarin is preferred because need to communicate with HQ from China
