    Description
    Our client, a well-established pharmaceutical company offering a wide variety of products for health and wellness is seeking for an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead the passionate sales team.

    Your role involves:

  • Ensure sales achievement targets by executing sales and marketing promotional plans.
  • Monitor the team performance and provide feedback on each individual results.
  • Focus to maintain and expand the customer base.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of territory management, including budgeting, forecasting, and call planning.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and working with Marketing for strategies to effectively compete.
  • Managing and coaching a team of medical sales representatives to ensure achievement of company's objectives.
  • Working with Marketing to conduct roleplaying and training sessions for current employees and new hires.
  • Reporting and updating to executive management on the performance of the sales team.
    • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Science, Business Management, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience as the Sales Manager / people manager, within pharmaceutical companies.
  • Strong problem solving, decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Good business analytic and communication skills.
  • Good sales performance management knowledge and coaching skills.
