    Description
    Responsibilities
    • In charge of lease documentation which includes preparing and checking lease documents;
    • Checking and activation of contracts, updating and maintain the tenancy schedule and monthly reports for submission.
    • Track security deposit, monitor submission of sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants as well as other administrative duties as may be assigned.
    • Maintaining the leasing & marketing databases and handle leasing enquiries.
    • Provide support for meetings and preparation of reports.
    • And other administrative duties assigned.

    Qualifications
    • Diploma in Business, Building & Real Estate Management/ Property Marketing & Management with at least 1 years of relevant working experience.
    • Those without a diploma, but with at least 3 years of working experience in a related industry will also be considered.
    • Meticulous, organized and well versed with Microsoft Office.
    • A team player, you shall possess a good understanding of leasing matters and possess an eye for detail.
