- In charge of lease documentation which includes preparing and checking lease documents;
- Checking and activation of contracts, updating and maintain the tenancy schedule and monthly reports for submission.
- Track security deposit, monitor submission of sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants as well as other administrative duties as may be assigned.
- Maintaining the leasing & marketing databases and handle leasing enquiries.
- Provide support for meetings and preparation of reports.
- And other administrative duties assigned.
- Diploma in Business, Building & Real Estate Management/ Property Marketing & Management with at least 1 years of relevant working experience.
- Those without a diploma, but with at least 3 years of working experience in a related industry will also be considered.
- Meticulous, organized and well versed with Microsoft Office.
- A team player, you shall possess a good understanding of leasing matters and possess an eye for detail.
