    About the role

    This role has been created to support the ongoing development and maintenance of a large project that upgrades our core portfolio delivery systems, supported by a new suite of project management and O365 collaboration tools.

    They will work directly with the product owner, IT and the wider PMO team to drive, maintain and troubleshoot problems across our new portfolio management system. In the role, you will be leading key activities such as; managing and co-ordinating system wide Business-as-usual activities within the portfolio management tool and system administration tasks such as security & access management. The role will require an in depth technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Power BI, and Power Platform. This will include the supporting of system users across the business, the product owner the business administrator and IT. The role will be both business and technical facing and will require a high degree of technical literacy.

    First line support for the business and our team for technical trouble shooting and BAU queries across our tools and system.

    Triaging points for escalations to product owner , IT and the wider PMO team.

    Managing and co-ordinating system wide technical and non-technical BAU activities.

    Monitoring and governing day to day user activity.

    Reporting on platform health and user engagement.

    System Development

    Supporting continuous evolution of system, processes and tools.

    Assisting in the creation of process documentation and guides.

    Gather and analyse information and feedback to support future development phases of the solution.

    About you

    Experience administering systems and supporting system users

    Experience of triaging points for escalations

    Power BI knowledge and understanding

    Power Platform(Or Dynamics) knowledge and understanding

    Good team member

    Confidence in problem solving & analysis.

    Competent in using Microsoft 365 Tools including Teams, SharePoint, Excel

    Strong organisational skills

    Experience implementing or supporting O365 applications across organisations

    Experience working within a PM or PMO organisation

    Experience creating process documentation and training material

    Knowledge of information management best practices

    Experience co-ordinating technical forums/workshop groups

    Knowledge and application of process, tool or system improvement methodologies

    Experience working a second line technical support for IT systems and tools
