    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Assist the Operations Executive on daily operation & tasks
    • Prepare Tour Guide Assignment & Guide Claim
    • Contact immediate superior on any emergency situation
    • Liaising with Tour Guides on Tour Arrangement
    • To deal with supplier and restaurants on ground arrangement
    • Issue vouchers, exchange orders and invoices
    • Create booking & updating tour information in system on timely manner
    • Follow-up with restaurants and supplier on billing & payment arrangement
    • Contribute effective communication by constantly seeking and sharing accurate and up-to-date information with teammate, supplies and customers.
    • Maintaining proper filing record and keeping complete documents (hotel contract, menu & entrance) for future reference
    • Ad-hoc task as & when needed

    Job Requirements

    • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
    • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
    • Self-motivated and committed to success
