- Assist the Operations Executive on daily operation & tasks
- Prepare Tour Guide Assignment & Guide Claim
- Contact immediate superior on any emergency situation
- Liaising with Tour Guides on Tour Arrangement
- To deal with supplier and restaurants on ground arrangement
- Issue vouchers, exchange orders and invoices
- Create booking & updating tour information in system on timely manner
- Follow-up with restaurants and supplier on billing & payment arrangement
- Contribute effective communication by constantly seeking and sharing accurate and up-to-date information with teammate, supplies and customers.
- Maintaining proper filing record and keeping complete documents (hotel contract, menu & entrance) for future reference
- Ad-hoc task as & when needed
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
