    About the job

    As the Digital & Media Manager, you will be part of the Division Digital & E-Commerce Team within Loreal Dermatological Beauty Division leading and managing the all-digital & media, CRM & advocacy topics

    Responsibilities:

  • Digital & MediaPlan and execute all digital marketing, including, onsite + offsite, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateWork with brand teams, to build and maintain our social media presence
  • CRM
  • Using CRM systems to manage relationships – building triggers and consumer journeys
  • Collaborating with brand, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
  • Planning, managing and negotiating multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary
  • Supporting optimization of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting and content
  • Leading and analyzing A/B testing to optimize engagement
  • Advocacy (Optional)
  • Establish and support integrated campaigns that are aligned with brand strategy to drive reach, awareness, buzz and social conversation for the brands
  • Effectively manage external agencies and additional third parties for best-in-class program ideation, implementation and delivery of results within budget and scope of work
  • Drive growth and measurement of brand ranking in terms of views and engagements (Influencers / Medfluencers)
  • Requirements:

  • + years of experience in Digital and Media, if possible, in the Beauty industry or in brand management role.
  • Previous experience in managing complex tasks and coordinating several internal and external stakeholders, showing great project management & teamwork skills
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, META campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
  • Flexible, self-starter with a collaborative, team first, must-win attitude
