• Responsible for leading the Nursing team to ensure delivery of high quality and cost effective healthcare to patients.
• Establish the organizational framework through which patient care can be provided whilst enduring compliance with establish standards, practices and regulatory requirements by all staff
  
  

• Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate
• Minimum 10 years supervisory experience and a significant leadership role in the nursing department
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and knowledge in nursing administrative eg. manpower planning, budgeting and collaborating with other departments is achieving organization goals etc.
• Pro-active in the development of nursing services, have a keen interest in the development of other and be able to demonstrate ongoing professional development
• Degree in Nursing or Master in Nursing/Administration would be an added advantage
