    NUTRITION FOR NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT and HEALTH REPORTING

    • Recipe science-based nutrition profile design for new and improved products; considering safety, nutritional suitability, and efficacy of ingredients and formulations.

    • Alignment of recipe nutrition profile with Global Science & Nutrition team.

    • Preparation of product scientific rationale on new launches new formulation development & substantiation of claims.

    • Support to cross-functional teams on nutrition-related topic (e.g., claim development, innovation concepts, product FAQ).

    • Recipe documentation sheet and label content approval.

    • Products nutrition profile update in Danone Scorecards.

    CAPACITY BUILDING

    • Nutrition training to R&I product developers & marketing teams.

    • Nutrition training in Company Induction program for all Newcomers.

    • Ad hoc nutrition support to careline teams and to company events.

    PREPARE THE FUTURE

    • Fuel the market intelligence & competitive tools.

    • Monitor and identify science landscape and ingredients opportunities to address the needs of the business and the consumers.

    • Analyze competitors' renovation and new launches, and keep NIP (Nutrition Information Panel) database up to date.

    • Leverage on competitor's data for superior innovation/renovation ideas to fuel the future.

    About you


    • Master 2 degree or equivalent.

    • Food science/Agronomy Engineer with nutrition specialization, or master's in nutrition and/or metabolism.

    • 3 to 5 years' experience in industry and ideally experience of product development in foods.

    • Expertise in infant nutrition.

    • Business-oriented mindset.

    • Strong nutrition & scientific convictions.

    • Very good communication skills to deliver scientific popularization and valorization (teams, Mums, HCPs).

    • Good stakeholders' leadership, agile and team player mindset.

    • Fluent in English.
