- Attend to all general conveyancing works including project and sub sale, SPA and banking documentation works from initial until completion
- Attend signing with clients, review legal documents, prepare status report
- All other types of work assigned from time to time.
- Possess Law Degree with valid Practicing Certificate
- 2 to 3 years experience in handling sub sale, SPA and loan documentation works
- Good command of written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin (more advantage)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and leadership skills
- Follow up with clients and manage files effectively and result oriented
- Able to work independently and also as a team
- Possess sense of commitment to job responsibilities
