    As a manufacturing specialist milling, you will be responsible for production part output quality, setup up machine include trouble shooting, and make adjustment for tool compensation when needed. Ensure daily output meet according to planner schedule.

    Roles and Responsibilities:


    • Operates Milling machines, flexible manufacturing system (Fastems), Deburring station, with timely delivery of machined products in required quality and at reasonable cost level.

    • Actively participate in continuous improvement process and maintain 6S at work environment to increase the productivity and maintain the safety of workplace.

    • Timely perform maintenance and calibration on machines, equipment, gauges, cutting tools, jigs and fixture according to schedule, including control properties of cutting fluids (ph value, concentration, etc.)

    • Properly setup and handle Milling machines, cutting tools, jig/fixture and parts with correct program and parameters for Milling machining, deburring and gauging processes.

    • Perform advance machine operation setup for tool registration, probe setup, angular head setup.

    • Accurately maintain information in production supporting system (i.e. Inventory, cost, quality, delivery lead time) with accurate data entry and timely transactions.

    • Perform task according to procedure and work instructions.

    • Perform timely recording and accurate reporting of production status especially departmental KPI.

    • Responsible on machine alarm recovery (i.e. APC, ATC, converyor, spindle load) according to alarm recovery procedure. Report to supervisor immediately when any support needed from maintenance team.

    • Carry out any non-conformance parts rework activities according to non-conformance procedure.

    • Reports to add support supervisor in term of coordinating and communicating in case of quality issues, availability of parts and components, and any critical delivery timelines

    • Any other tasks assign by superior.

    Minimum Qualification

  • Prefer 3 years of machining experience in CNC milling.
  • Experienced with tool management such as tool life monitoring, tool presetting (heat shrink assembly, measuring and balancing), tooling inventory/stock control.
  • Experienced in using measuring equipment, e.g. Gauges, profile projector, CMM, etc.
  • Good characters for teamwork and reliability
  • Basic Microsoft Office.

    • Preferred Qualification

  • PSDC level 3 preferred.
  • JMTI level 3 preferred.
  • Prefer experience in horizontal milling with Fanuc, Siemens or Okuma controller.
