- Responsible to spraying organic fertilization, foliar fertilization and pesticide fertilization are carried out twice a month

- Responsible for monitoring the development of each plant.
- Sowing of seeds of forest tress and coffee trees must be done according to the prescribed stages in order to achieve the companys target.
- Manual grass removal work in polybegs to ensure even tree growth.
- Ensure that daily work reports are sent on weekdays through WhatsApp groups.
- Provide work achievement reports.
