- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and customizations
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes
- Good understanding of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functionalities of Dynamics 365
- Understanding of integrations with other systems, including experience with data migrations and integrations
- Familiarity with Power Platform such as Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps
- Ability to manage scope, deliverables and expectations while maintaining client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- 3+ years of Dynamics 365 implementation experience or similar enterprise ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Fusion
- Dynamics 365 certification is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration and team player attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in Kuala Lumpur for a D365 Consultant. The D365 Consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. In order to maintain an in-depth understanding of the client's needs, the consultant will engage with them closely. Additionally, the consultant will work closely with other parties involved in implementing the software such as Project Managers, Developers and Business Analysts.
