- To carry out research and explore new markets, potential donors, and CSR collaboration opportunities.
- To conduct regular engagement by way of emails, calls or visits where appropriate; share WVM campaigns where relevant.
- To report and manage day-to-day work, appointments, status updates, relevant internal and meetings.
- To prepare and deliver clear executive level presentations when needed for potential sponsors/ donors.
- To gather feedback on key deliverables from sponsors and donors to ensure continual improvement.
- Degree in Admin/Business/Marketing studies.
- At least three (3) years of working experience.
- Demonstrable executive maturity and operational agility.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure is essential.
- Good working command of English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and people skills.
- Strong listening, questioning and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills.
