    Description

    In your new role you will:

    • Support PCM/Inline CPK, DD and quality improvement within the scope of technology ownership
    • Ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard (Lot assessment/FMEA)
    • New product releases, production ramp and technology transfers
    • Owner of technology process routes
    • New Epitaxy tool release process in PMX WBG area and do data analysis/ compilation
    • Process route creation/release and maintenance
    • Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance (ruggedness and performance)
    • Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line incase of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift
    • Support new product releases and production tool releases
    • Support technology transfer projects
    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    • Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry
    • Minimum 1-2 Year of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred
    • Fresh PhD candidate is accepted for GG10 entry level
    • Knowledge of basic PI/PTE analysis tools
    • Knowledge of semiconductors physics
    • 8D and other problem solving skills
    • Advanced statistical analysis skills
    • Test methods for specific Technology
    • DOE
