Coordinate the goods movement of assigned customer at a Warehouse to ensure on time delivery and inventory accuracy

Requirements

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Inventory Control

• Control inventory levels by reviewing data recorded in tracking system, retrieving data, designing reports and taking corrective actions.
• Maintains historical record keeping by tracing historical records of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records.
• Involved in cycle count and stock count.
• Ensure all discrepancies are investigated and reported accordingly.
• Corrective and preventive actions are to be documented for the discrepancies.
• Prepare reports of the inventory to be reviewed by the manager.
• Liaise with the warehouse to keep track of inventory movements.
• Assist the manager in preparing the inventory for the daily movement.
• Enter inventory movement related to the customer into relevant system
• Ensure all data entry for inbound and outbound activities are done timely
  

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Technical

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in solutions for Contract Logistics
• Specialization in Contract Logistics, E-commerce is an advantage
• Superuser for WMS system
• Able to work in a team
• Very good time management and planning
• Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills
• Inventory management background
