- Contribute to team's function and efficiency by assuring company's cost reduction and partially contributing to team organization.
- Identify knowledge/skills/capability gaps across newer team members, and effective creation and implementation of actions targeted to overcome all identified challenges.
- Ensure that all traffic related invoices are controlled, procedures followed, and all relevant information is received.
- Use technical knowledge and experience in detecting discrepancies of all complexities, analyzing, tracking and managing their resolution.
- Tack highly complex cases.
- In coordination with Finance ability to plan and prepare payments towards supplier based on approved budget.
- Propose improvements, participating in different internal team processes and maintaining projects for work automatization.
- Promote desired values and expertise in the team.
- Included in onboarding processes of new members in the team and can take the role of mentor for less experienced and/or new colleagues - providing direction, feedback and knowledge.
- Improving team efficiency, performance and processes (extent of implemented team process improvements; delivery on team performance reports.
- Be a role model to other members in the team, working to keep positive and evolving atmosphere, initiating and leading discussions and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively promoting BDA team on a global level towards different stakeholders
- Min years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience in handling stakeholders, suppliers and the internal team
- A strong understanding of the telecommunications/SMS business is an advantage.
