1. To ensure Sales turnover and PBIT of the above branches are met.
2.

To ensure the branch performance in contract maintenance, service calls, Service Level Agreement (SLA) and new implementation were maintained in accordance to the company's requirement.

3. To manage the fixed overhead and cost control to meet the company's budget.
4. To ensure the above branch stocks level be maintained according to the Company's requirement.
5. To ensure invoicing and documentation processes are adhered to for the branch according to the company's requirement.
6. Ensure branch activity comply with company's policies, objectives and standards.
7. Supervise, coach, and develop staff on service expectations, policies &, procedures, products, systems and quality expectations.
8. Enforce discipline and work ethics of employees of the branch. 9. Evaluate employees' performance and provide feedback and coaching. 10. Interact with clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback. 11. To comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry within state.
12. Share state market insight to Sales team to formulate marketing plan and execute marketing strategies.
13. Develop and maintain good relationship with existing clients and establish networking for new leads.
