    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for web applications.
    • Design and develop web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other relevant technologies.
    • Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business requirements.
    • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
    • Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance software development processes and productivity.
    • Design and implement database schemas, optimize SQL queries, and ensure data integrity.
    • Develop and maintain web APIs and services, ensuring proper documentation and versioning.
    • Perform thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and proposing solutions.
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in C# development, .NET technologies, and software engineering in general.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • At least 5 years of Extensive experience in C# development and in-depth knowledge of the .NET framework.
    • Proven experience in designing and developing complex web applications using ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core.
    • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
    • Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Expertise in relational databases, SQL query optimization, and database design principles.
    • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
    • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Fluent in Chinese Mandarin.
