    Purpose Statement

    Support the receiving, storage, management, packaging and dispatch of materials, production spare parts and finished goods.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure receiving of physical goods is done with proper documentation
    • Maintain inventory accuracy via proper identification, material placement, labeling and record of location physically and systematically
    • Perform daily cycle count and address any issue in relation to Material discrepancy in the warehouse
    • Perform break bulk and labeling prior to issuing to Material Interlock Room
    • Operate any material handling equipment as required
    • Ensure scrap and disposal is done in an orderly fashion
    • Supply assembly line with sufficient material via material loading in the Kanban Bin
    • Perform daily cycle count and address any issue in relation to Material discrepancy in the Kanban bin
    • Maintain proper record of Shipping Activities and communicate with respective freight forwarders with supervision from Team Lead or Supervisor
    • Preparation, control and filing of all shipping documentations
    • Collect Finished Goods from production line
    • Perform daily cycle count and address any issue in relation to Material discrepancy in the Shipping Area
    • Ensure proper 7S and housekeeping in office and warehouse area
    • Complied inconformance in terms of quality, safety and compliance
    • Any other related task as assigned by MH Team Lead, Logistic Specialist and Warehouse Supervisor
