    Job Responsibility

    • General Administration of the Showroom
    • Book Keeping on the routine expenses, supplier quotation and invoices
    • Equipment Inventory management
    • Interact with technician and engineer teams internally
    • Interact with customers and suppliers externally

    Job Requirements

    • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Office
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
    • High level verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • SQL IS ADVANTAGES
