    The Role

    As a Solution Architect with a focus on pre-sales and onboarding, you will play a crucial role in driving successful client engagements from the initial discovery phase through to onboarding and implementation. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the sales and product teams to design and propose effective solutions that meet the clients' specific needs and requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process and successful handover to the CSM & Operation team.

    You will be responsible for :

    • Collaborating with the BD territory lead, Product Manager, and Customer Success manager - formulate and document: solution vision for the respective industry and use cases, define and decide solutions and user journey for clients, define the standard of the solution - technical deck, tools and processes; Accelerate the sales stage to the implementation stage.
    • Communicating the vision to the BD team. Collect feedback and quantify the business opportunity.
    • Communicating the solutions and user journey to the Client and Overseeing and reviewing the implementation before it is handed over to the customer success team.
    • Developing yourself in industry advancements, research new approaches, tools, and best practices in the solution architecture and design space. Suggest improvements to our product stack to optimize it for our strategic growth and competitive advantage.
    • Detailing out the customer problem and objections, address them with the VIDA product stack.
    • Defining and proposing the VIDA stack implementation solutions tailored to the customer value as the main objective.
    • Leading the process of Sandboxing, SIT, UAT, and Go Live and the handover process to the Customer Success team.

    Ideal Profile

    • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
    • You have at least 8 years experience, ideally with 4+ years focussed on Solution Architect, Pre-sales or Product roles, covering the entire cycle i.e. pre-sales to post-sales tech support.
    • Prior experience scaling complex enterprise tech products or businesses 0-1 would be advantageous.
    • You can collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and product teams, to drive successful outcomes.
    • You have solid experience influencing decision makers, ideally CTOs, and the capability to contribute to effective demos, with tailored solutions for large-scale enterprise solutions.
    • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships with senior stakeholders.
    • You are a self-starter with an excellent sense of ownership.
