Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Manager Business Operations role located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Senior Manager Business Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and developing and implementing effective business strategies to improve company performance. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Development, Management, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of proven experience in business operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Demonstrated knowledge of business operations, process improvement methodologies, financial management, and strategic planning
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Proven ability to analyze complex information, identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in budgeting and financial reporting
