    We are seeking a future-ready Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join us in building a pipeline of talents to drive the rapid growth of the Bank. Working closely with the People Partners and Hiring Managers, the TABP is expected to develop a deep understanding of the business workings and company's growth and changing priorities. You will be the ambassadors of the Bank to create an impressive and consistent HR touchpoint for all our candidates

    Core Responsibilities Include

    • Appreciate the marketplace, the role of technology, and possess a deep understanding of all relevant stakeholders. Recognize the company's organization's sources of competitive advantage, market value and unique selling points, market share, and development stage;
    • Work proactively to help businesses identify right sourcing solutions and manage talent pipeline to meet the needs of the business and build a competitive organization;
    • Develop sourcing and engagement strategies and develop relationships with top talents;
    • Manage end to end recruitment activities from candidate management to onboarding and ensure a continued pipeline of qualified candidates;
    • Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring managers and pivot nimbly on hiring strategies;
    • Drive hiring strategies and support marketing efforts to establish a strong employer brand, solidify company's DNA and increase Bank's mindshare; and
    • Look ahead to use data tactically to track and review effectiveness of hiring initiatives

    Requirements For The Role

    • Minimally 5 years relevant experience with good working knowledge of banking roles and regulations
    • Business savvy, sensitive to business risk, rewards and outcomes
    • Excellent stakeholder management
    • Solid communication and presentation skills
    • A self-starter and strong individual contributor while being able to function effectively in a team environment
    • Passionate about helping people develop their careers and helping the bank hire future leaders
