    Contract with PERSOLKELLY until December 2023 Remuneration : Salary RM3,000 – RM4,000 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution & leave entitlement WHO CAN APPLY?

    • Bachelor's degree is preferred or relevant experience
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant previous experience
    • Foundational knowledge of CRM systems
    • Proficient in using MS Office
    • Proficient in using Learning Management system
    • Foundational knowledge of Reporting & Analytics
    • Foundational knowledge of HR system such as Workday
    • A continuous improvement approach; seeking simple, 'best fit' solutions to challenges KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Understand the relevant procedures and processes for the relevant Businesses, as well as the internal processes and provide support to employee/organisation as and when required while responding to inbound queries.
    • Ensure employee and organisation data integrity is maintained during workforce administration processing, following data management processes and procedures.
    • Perform transactions and manage associated tasks for offer & onboarding, employee personal, job-related data service requests and learning records to maintain absolute accuracy of data.
    • Investigate, liaise, and resolve issues involving multiple systems and stakeholders in support of the resolution business escalations.
    • Support acceptance testing for Services and Solutions technology changes.
    • Engage with the wider team, suggesting better ways of working, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and aid in updating global documentation.
    • Champion and support services + solutions initiatives, staying current with P&C communications, and support ad hoc business project work as required
    • Review and update process documentation and actively participating in the audit.
