- Responsible for the achievement of Affinity sales and online business targets.
- Identify potential business partnerships in the market and within the existing clients.
- Advise on growth strategies of partnership with feedback, research and analysis as a foundation for business strategy development.
- Develop digital marketing strategies/propositions to grow and expand online business.
- Manage business relationships, communicate and work closely with Affinity team members, marketing officers (MOs), and business partners.
- Identify, develop, and negotiate corporate agreements to build long term and sustainable business.
- Oversee and plan marketing campaigns, production and delivery; ensuring timeliness and quality.
- Monitor and report on all marketing activities, using deliverables and KPI's to measure success.
- Work alongside company key departments to ensure the successful launch of partnerships whilst complying with internal processes and regulations/guidelines.
- Proactively maintain and improve processes with digitalisation/automation to ease the way of doing business.
