Description

•PhD/Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, Microelectronic) or related subjects
•Experience in key modeling tools (ICCAP, MBP, BsimProPlus)
•Extended knowledge of the basic semiconductor devive physics, manufacturing, characterization and measurement
•Extended knowledge of device simulations environments incl. pre-/post-layout challenges (SPICE), parasitic extraction and design verification
•Experience in programming (Python, R, SKILL), in data analysis and statistical methods
•Experience in RF-/HV-, Reliability, Matching, Noise characterization
•Understanding the requirements of analog design, ageing, matching and noise The age of the candidate should be above 32
