    Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

    • Working closely with the forwarding agent, control tower, and Supply Planning Cluster on monitoring import shipments. To ensure agreed service levels are being achieved.
    • Receive shipping documents and receive reports from 3PL and verify before performing Goods
    • Receipt into the company's system.
    • Perform inventory reconciliation with 3PL to ensure high inventory accuracy.
    • Manage inventory write-off.
    • Primary contact for Inventory availability for the Commercial business.
    • Monitor supplies and provide weekly report
    • Perform administration support for the team as required.
    • Preparing timely and accurate reports for LOC and Regional as required.
    • Raise Purchase Order/Shopper PO for the team, especially for 3PL and vendors.
    • Perform payment verification, GR, and tabulation.
    • Ensure compliance with The Company's Quality and EHS Standards.
    • Support all the internal and external audits required by the business.
    • Eventually to worked with Redressing Planning and coordinated with Copacker, Marketing and
    • Warehouse on redressing activities, including issuance of stocks, process, and GR of Finished Goods.
    • Managing custom broker team performance and billing.
    • Managing TPO for all the vendors related to the CS & L team, including billings from vendors.
    • Managing pallet utilization in The Company and Preferred Distributor.
    • Conduct bi-annual stock count with 3PL independently

    Accountability:

    • Proactive management of Freight Forwarder and Customs Clearance LSPs to ensure Customer Service levels are met within the market.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with the LSPs and the Sites to ensure spending is optimized.
    • Communicating Inventory availability dates to the Commercial business so that customer relationships and expectations can be managed.
    • Able to work alone and independently.
    • Ensure Supplier invoices are paid in line with agreed commercial terms.

    Complexity:

    • Understand the commercial requirements of the market.
    • Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance knowledge.
    • Knowledge of redressing, inventory, system interface, and warehouse management system.
    • Strong Communication skills

    Specialized Skills and Knowledge:

    • In-depth knowledge of Logistics especially in inbound freight and planning activities.
    • Knowing how to use the SAP system is a must. Especially in the W & D area.
    • Preferably to hold a tertiary qualification in a supply chain-related discipline, logistics, supply management, demand management, and operational management.
    • Ability to work with the LSPs to deliver continuous improvement across the supply chain.
    • Warehouse Management Systems Knowledge, including JDE, and warehouse management systems would be an advantage.
    • Good communicator.
