- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for automation in hydraulics applicationsIdentify and qualify new business opportunities for automation in hydraulics applications
- Develop, maintain, and support existing and new customers to develop wider marker share
- Prepare and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects
- Apply technical knowledge to design or customize system to provide solutions to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key account customers
- Manage entire sales process from opportunities, quotations to orders and revenue till collection
- Sensitive to market trend and competitors' movement
- Prepare and carry out any internal duties or assignments from management
- Consistently update CRM regarding customers and project pipeline
- Able to work independently, results orientated.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a professional setting.
- Required minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on project experience.
- Industrial knowledge, design, and programming expertise in hydraulics are considered advantageous.
- Demonstrates excellent interaction, provides clear explanations, excels in communication, with a strong ability to organize tasks effectively.
- Experience in handling projects, technical, or sales experience. Ability to work independently in diverse circumstances and consistently goes the extra mile.
