What Bosch Rexroth is looking for

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for automation in hydraulics applicationsIdentify and qualify new business opportunities for automation in hydraulics applications
• Develop, maintain, and support existing and new customers to develop wider marker share
• Prepare and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects
• Apply technical knowledge to design or customize system to provide solutions to customers
• Build and maintain strong relationship with key account customers
• Manage entire sales process from opportunities, quotations to orders and revenue till collection
• Sensitive to market trend and competitors' movement
• Prepare and carry out any internal duties or assignments from management
• Consistently update CRM regarding customers and project pipeline
• Able to work independently, results orientated.

Your contribution to something big

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Required minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on project experience.
• Industrial knowledge, design, and programming expertise in hydraulics are considered advantageous.
• Demonstrates excellent interaction, provides clear explanations, excels in communication, with a strong ability to organize tasks effectively.
• Experience in handling projects, technical, or sales experience. Ability to work independently in diverse circumstances and consistently goes the extra mile.
• Takes ownership of targets, excels in risk management, prioritizes solutions for optimal results
