Description

Job Responsibility

Responsible in preparing daily/monthly sales, promotion, and inventory tracking report
To assist product marketing team in executing marketing programs, customer service, preparing daily Sales Order, Delivery Order & Sales Invoice.
To do Clerical and Operational Work such as Filing (Invoices, Delivery Order, Debit Note & Credit Note), courier documents, and etc.
To prepare and distribute daily or monthly reports to Salesman, to update them on sales activities, and conduct investigations to identify and resolve order and inventory problems.
To prepare marketing report such as Daily Invoice Listing, Products output base on individual product, SST reports and adhoc reports base on management requirement.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Must be good in Microsoft Excel & able to use Microsoft Excel to do report
Full-Time position(s) available.
