    Customer Service Operations Manager

    What you will be doing:


    • Supervise customer service department and provide on-the-job training programs.


    • Assist in developing, implementation, and execution of department's policy and procedure.


    • Conduct KYC review on new client relationships.


    • Setting up retail and institutional client accounts.


    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding experience.


    • Handle existing clients' account maintenance request.


    • Perform financial transactions within back-office systems (Deposit, withdrawals, transfers, etc).


    • Manage internal conflicts and promote good working environment for the team & ensure all Customer Service functions are performed well, accurately, and timely.


    • Instil ZFX Core Values into day-to-day operation.


    • Timely feedback to team members and periodic appraisal.

    What you will need:


    • Degree holder in any discipline. Major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or business-related are preferred.


    • 5 years of experience in Customers Service/Back Office with at least 2 years of experience in managerial role.


    • Experience gained in FX/Finance industry is a must.


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and English & Chinese word processing.
    • Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.


    • Attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, customer oriented.


    • Fluent in verbal & written both English and Mandarin.
