• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments.
• Assist with admin documents
• Have basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Excel.

• Minimum education requirement: SPM.
• Entry age: At least 21 years old.

• Experience requirement: Preferably with working experience.
• Able to speak fluent Malay and English.
• Opening hours: Weekdays from 9.45 am pm; Weekends from 9.30 am pm
