Consultants (Information & Communication Technology)

• The service provided may include, but not limited to, SAP module, design, analysis, development, documentation, testing and support work related to the module.
• Prepare and conduct Blueprint workshop
• Design to be processes and identify any gaps
• Identify conversion objects
• Configure and unit test the system.
• Document the configuration
• Document, resolve and escalate issues
• Define conversion and cutover strategy for the module involved
• Define conversion template
• Test conversion programs
• Monitor and manage data conversion activities on the module involved
• Perform trial conversion
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW development
• Define test scenarios and test scripts
• Design and maintain user access, roles and authorization profiles
• Conduct User Acceptance Test
• Prepare key user training document
• Conduct key and end user training
• Perform final cutover
• Post implementation support and issue resolution
• Support month end closing activities

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of SAP implementation experience with at least 2 full cycle new implementation projects delivered.
• Preferably having a Bachelor's degree.
• Preference will be given to those with plantation industry knowledge.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills. Demonstrates high ethics and values, inspires loyalty and trust, embraces diversity, possesses outstanding listening skills, communicates in speaking and writing so others will understand, at ease communicating with all levels of project stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership skills. Inspires initiative and responsibility for achievement in others by demonstrating the same in self. Actively stimulates mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.
• Excellent in presentation skills including Powerpoint slides preparation and delivery of the presentation.
