    Description

    The Digital Marketing Manager is a systemic and passionate team leader with keen interest and understanding of the digital landscape (paid, owned, earned). He/she will strategize brand marketing campaigns for all digital platforms and produce quick insights and strategies while reacting to digital trends and helping to continually evolve the brand's social platforms, CRM and digital strategies. This incumbent also acts as catalyst to incite innovation while transforming the status quo; acting as a center of excellence in Affiliate & market best practice sharing to contribute to Brand strategies.

    As a methodical leader who will drive the Affiliate's commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement, the Digital Marketing Manager will need to have exceptional analytical skills and a fluency in acquisition of metrics, able to evaluate campaigns spanning numerous Brands and marketing channels and provides an Affiliate wide view that will act as a benchmark for continuous campaign improvements.

    What You Will Achieve

    • Develops and implement earned media strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility by building relationships with industry influencers and media outlets to secure coverage and mentions.


    • Recruit and lead a dedicated TikTok taskforce to create and execute engaging TikTok campaigns that align with the brand's messaging and goals as well as staying updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the platform.


    • Be the data driven, subject matter expert across marketing, consumer insights and trends by mentoring and educating brand teams on how to leverage advanced consumer analytics .


    • Be a strategic collaborator between Global/Regional teams and Affiliate in order to cascade and drive fine-tuned local initiative development in line with the Global/Regional Marketing strategies and goals by driving cross functional unity meetings to facilitate best practices sharing across the affiliate
    to deliver improvement in KPIs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7 years of relevant experience in a consumer facing industry.

    • Possesses a deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media

    • Exceptional analytical skills and fluency in acquisition metrics

    • Passionate about the digital landscape and is a catalyst for innovation and driving transformation.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

    • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
