- Lead Network optimization projects end-to-end (Design network, validate results and implement with stakeholders)
- Deliver manpower and equipment planning to ensure ops excellence in a cost-effective manner
- Lead build long-term plans for network mesh and capacity automation enablement, according to our strategy for expansion and demand plans
- Deliver actionable insights backed by analysis, data & business cases, driving execution in a cross-functional environment
- Work upfront to make sure the organization is well-prepared for the future
- Analyze execution gaps to improve plans
- Work cross-functionally and build key relationships to ensure that decisions are made and actioned which will allow our operations to run as effectively as possible
- Support the fulfillment team in project construction and mesh design.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any correlated
- Power Bi and SQL (mandatory)
- Python, Aimms or Supply Chain Guru (desirable)
- Fluent English (desirable).
