    Description

    In your new role you will:

    • Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.
    • Work as a team between Manufacturing/ MNT/ UPS/ LBS/ Technology/Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
    • Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.
    • Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
    • Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control(APC),Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
    • Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP).
    • Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.
    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in the Physics / Micro Electronic/Electronic / Engineering field / Material Science.
    • Excellent knowledge of semiconductor device physics/wafer fabrication process & passionate in technical on semiconductor devices.
    • 0- 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred. 1- 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred. Fresh Graduates is also encourage to apply.
    • In depth knowledge in all type of analysis and problem solving methodologies e.g. 8D, SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma & DOE.
    • Strong communication skills, able to interact with all levels of personnel.
    • Self-starter, able to perform under pressure/fast-paced working environment.
    • Must work Morning/Night shift pattern.
    • Candidates with direct fab experience in Process Integration/Yield Enhancement/Technology Development will have an added advantage.
